"Last winter, just as the state’s highest court was about to rule that a girl in an 'irreversible vegetative state' should be removed from life support, 14-year-old Haleigh Poutre started to breathe on her own."

Canada Needs More GenLife Visits!
Currently Generation Life is traveling through Canada sharing the truth about our human sexuality with numerous young people. After reading this article I thought, "Wow, we should schedule more trips to Canada!" But I suppose we have our work cut out for us in our own country too. Hopefully the lives that we touch on this trip, and the young people that Matt and Cristina speak with, will now be able to cut through all of the lies they face in their country and realize the truth.

Yale student causes herself to miscarriage repeatedly on purpose to show the art of abortion

This is so sick and twisted. I still can't get over this. You all have to check this out...http://www.yaledailynews.com/articles/view/24513
We need to pray for these little souls who lost their lives.

Divorce, Unwed Parenting Taking Financial Toll on U.S.
This article really interested me. Firstly because I think it is hysterical that groups are calling on the Government to help this problem, when the Government obviously is also confused about what marriage really is. Our Government had nothing to do with the institution of marriage, it was God. Many have forgotten that they need God in their daily lives, thus leading to divorce, heartbreak and numerous other social problems. The true meaning of marriage has become so eroded in our society. Newsflash to the writers of this article and the Government: money is never the answer to any of life's questions or problems. A true and real understanding of marriage and married love is needed to help fix this problem, and the first step is for people to understand and embrace chastity in their lives.

Fox News exposee on Planned Parenthood
An exposee on the philosophy and practice of the Planned Parenthood recently aired on Fox News was brought to our attention by a Gen Life activist who commented that "Planned Parenthood should be done."
"They do not train their people properly to suspect when abuse is happening"
-Attorney suing Planned Parenthood on behalf of rape victim and her family
I would suspect, however, that they know full well when to suspect abuse and rape, however they know it cuts into their bottom line.

Oprah Winfrey stars in "The Vagina Monologues"

As if we all didn't know that Hollywood was bad enough. Well, now "the stars" are helping to promote child molestation and rape and viewing it as helping women!! The saddest thing is that Oprah has millions of viewers. And not only viewers but serious followers. They look to her as if she is some type of spiritual leader and believe whatever comes out of her mouth. Sadly, she thrives on that!

Birth Control Pill Linked to 20 Percent Higher Plaque Buildup in Arteries
Wow. Even with all its side effects researchers still give "the Pill" the benefit of the doubt. Every article that ever mentions anything bad about it still manages to say that research is "inconclusive" or as this article says "more studies need to be done." I guess Pill manufacturers just don't want to lose the revenue of over 16 million women. They have enough pull to "sway" the research. Any other prescription and people would be told to discontinue use until further notice or until further research. Priorities....or lack of them I should say.
